1. Delivery/P&P Costs
Standard UK Delivery (2-3 Days) is charged at £3.00 per order.
Next Day delivery costs can be supplied on request. Please contact us for Delivery costs outside the UK. In stock items will be despatched the next working day. Out of stock items will be despatched on the same day of stock availability (Except Weekends and Bank Holidays). We will inform you if such a situation occurs.
Guarantee
1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase simply
return it within 21 days quoting your order number. We will replace
without question or, if you prefer, refund your purchase price in
full. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns Policy
1. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please
return it to us (unused/unworn still in original packaging) within 21
days of the date of purchase quoting your order number and advise
whether you would like a replacement or a refund. This also
applies in the unlikely event of a Faulty item. Please mark the
parcel 'Returns' and let us know the reason for the return.
2. Return postage and packing costs will be met by the customer
(except for faulty/damaged items) but no postage and packing
charges will be added for exchanged items. Customers should
obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us, as we cannot
be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
