On August 13th, Cathy and Sue spent the day at Freed's in Hackney. It was a brilliant session, watching pointe shoes being made (never again will we complain about their cost) The amount of skilled work that goes into their making has to be seen to be believed. We also spent time with Michelle Attfield, a director of Freed from their Covent Garden shop re freshing our skills with fitting techniques.
